Family Layout

Hey y'all! Happy summer! It has finally warmed up here and feels like summer has officially arrived! I just did this layout using our Easter pictures, and am really pleased with the way it turned out. I used the Colorbok "Flea Market" paper line, fabric borders, and matching die cuts. I threw in a few Cricut cuts for good measure. The bird is from Serenade and the "Family" title is from Storybook ( I think...yikes! Having a blonde moment...). I used some beautiful striped ribbons I received in a RAK for the bow and the flower, Coffee colored Glimmer Mist, and some Recollections bling. TFL!

Big Foot

Here is a card I made this morning with the Campin Critters Cricut Cartridge (say that ten times fast! hehe). I loved this Big Foot-he was the reason I had to have this cartridge. But, alas, my family is NOT really big into the Great Outdoors. I thought the card came out super cute. The sign die cut is off the cartridge as well as the card template itself. I printed out the sentiments on my computer. Have a great day, everyone!

Giveaway time!

Hey y'all! I am giving away some scrappy goodness! On Memorial Day, I will be giving away one of my "Don't Worry, Be Scrappy" tote bags. I am all about embracing the good things in life and focusing on our blessings.  So let's talk about one of our favorite things-scrapping. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me how scrapping/paper crafting has positively impacted your life. I will number the posts and do a random drawing.

Hoppy Easter

Makenna really enjoyed Easter this year! On Easter morning she wakes up and hunts for her Easter basket. Typically it is filled with a bunch of candy, a chocolate bunny, some books and a stuffed rabbit of some sort. This year I found a cute little froggy instead and decided to go that route for her Easter basket pet. I thought the title with the frog was appropriate, given that they hop just as well as rabbits. And I really wanted to use that cute little frog from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge for something :). I also used the American Alphabet and Just a Note cartridges that came preloaded on my E2. I love the banner die cut and the scalloped border on these cartridges. Thanks for looking, y'all!
